Warning & Agreement: Participating in the Program can be inherently dangerous.

I understand the nature and requirements of the Program and acknowledge that serious accidents can happen which may result in me being seriously injured or even killed. I have voluntarily read and understood this warning and accept and assume the inherent risks in participating in the Program. I must not participate in the Program if I have any injury, disability, medical or health condition that may increase the risk of me becoming injured unless I have told PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB about it and they have authorised me to participate. I declare that I am medically and physically fit and able to participate in the Program and I will immediately notify PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB of any change to my fitness and ability to participate. I understand and accept that PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB will continue to rely on this declaration as evidence of my fitness and ability to participate. If required, PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB will arrange medical or hospital treatment (including ambulance transportation) for me. I authorise such actions being taken by PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB and agree to meet all costs associated with such action. I will at all times comply with the instructions and safety procedures of PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB. My participation in the Program is entirely at my own risk and I agree to: (a) release and forever discharge PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB from all liability and Claims that I may have or may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with my participation in the Program; (b) indemnify and hold harmless PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB to the extent permitted by law in respect of any Claim by any person including but not only another participant in the Program arising as a result of or in connection with my participation in the Program. In this clause 6 “Claims” means and includes any action, suit, proceeding, claim, demand, damage, penalty, cost or expense however arising. Photographic and/or visual images taken by PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB of my participation in the Program may be used for general promotion of PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB activities.

Assumption of Responsibility for Personal Property

I acknowledge that PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my personal belongings before, during, or after the Program.

Weather and Environmental Conditions

I understand that outdoor activities are subject to changing weather and environmental conditions, and I accept all risks associated with such conditions, including but not limited to surf conditions, tides, marine life, sun exposure, or debris.

Responsibility for Damage

I agree to be fully responsible for any damage to equipment, facilities, or property belonging to PADDLE TRIBE SURF CLUB or others arising from my participation in the Program and to pay all costs associated with such damage.

Alcohol and Drugs

I will not participate in the Program while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and will not possess, consume, or use any illegal or impairing substances during my participation in the Program.

Cancellations

After a booking is confirmed, you have the option to reschedule your trip to any future date, subject to availability, or transfer the booking to someone else. We enforce a strict no-cancellation policy, so we kindly ask that you make your reservation only if you are certain about your travel plans. Rescheduling your trip is completely free, Depends on slots availability and on special occasions where prices may be different.

Refunds

We have a strict "NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS" policy in place. Please ensure that you are fully committed to your trip before making a booking, as we do not process any refund requests.
